Tea with a sage

This is to go with "An Emergence 3 : A Conversation" [link]
Continuing directly from "An Emergence 2".

Kureha's apparition (the far left) is supporting Teiroushin's head, because Sesshoumaru broke his neck earlier in "An Emergence 2".
Sessmom paid a visit to Teiroushin, and they had a little chat.
Sessmom's kimono is different from manga, but I assume she has lots of kimono.

"Well, I didn't read the tea leaves, but I can predict one thing."
Teiroushin sat up and looked into Sesshoumaru's mother's eyes.
"Taishou must have a human mistress, and there maybe a hanyou, since human females conceive so readily."
"Is that so?" Sesshoumaru's mother raised her elegantly curved eyebrows. She placed the cup on the table and tidied her sleeves.
"Well, your prediction has already been realized, though a hanyou has not been born just yet."
"My understanding is much better than reading tea leaves. " Teiroushin smacked his knee, and adjusted collar of his oversized robe that was falling off from his shoulder. Kureha's apparition was diligently holding his head upright, and his body twisted unnaturally to his held head.
Sesshoumaru's mother waited for him to settle before continuing. She had not conversed about this subject with anyone before. However, she took Teiroushin's insight as a cue that she could share what she had been mulling over lately.
