We got another tie. LOL!
Well, it was really hard to get people to vote, and having done this two times around, I feel like people who would've voted have already done so. Therefore, I won't extend the poll for another tie breaker. It would make me feel like nagging people who are utterly not interested to participate, and that's pointless.

So for the tie breaker, I'll vote for Sophie from Howl's Movie Castle.
My reason is for the sake of variety. She is the only female among the top 3, as well as the only anime, non-actor character. What I will do is, I'll do the top 3 in color, and do the fourth (Legolas) as a monochromatic drawing. You will still get Legolas.

I don't want to end up doing portraits of actors who play these characters, so I won't be going for the "photographic" look, just letting you know.
